SAFETY FIRST: Protective gloves and eyewear are recommended at this point.

Make sure the steering will turn smoothly lock-to-lock.

Install the headlight brackets.

Install the Handlebar. See the Handlebar topic for more information.

Install the speedometer. See the Speedometer topic for more information.

Install the speedometer cable guide bolt and lock-washer with a #2 Phillips screwdriver.

Install the plastic headlight cover and headlight assembly. See the Headlight topic for more information.

Install the front fender. See the Front Fender topic for more information.

Install the front wheel. See the Front Wheel topic for more information.
