Cyclepedia technician Greg Gardner demonstrates how to properly remove and install a waterpump seal and waterpump bearing in a Yamaha WR250R dual sport motorcycle. The steps shown in this video include heating the engine case with a propane torch, removing the seal with a seal pick, heating the engine cases and removing the bearing with a bearing puller, heating the cases again and installing a new waterpump bearing with a bearing driver, then installing a new seal with a seal driver.
