SUBSCRIPTIONS
Basic Subscriptions – Our basic subscriptions are single-seat subscriptions that are for use by one individual who should be the subscriber on record. Any changes in user information should be updated by the subscriber. Basic subscriptions may be restricted by IP address.

Professional Subscriptions – Our professional subscriptions are multiple-seat solutions that allow you to get a single-site license. Each site license is good for a minimum of 5 seats. If you are a dealership with two locations (sites) you will need two site licenses. Contact sales for educational pricing, network pricing or for additional seats. To purchase fewer than 5 seats, order the required number of single-user licenses. When ordering a site license, be sure you know whether you require a network or stand–alone license. The network license allows any number of computers at one site, up to the limit allowed under the license, to connect to the service without the need to individually activate each computer.

If a user needs to access the service without being connected to the network (for example, a teacher needs to take their laptop home), they should purchase a stand–alone license. A stand–alone license requires that each computer being used must be individually logged in with a username and password. Each time you login to a computer, this IP address will be associated as unique to that device; so if you have 5 licenses and they are associated with 5 devices you have reached the maximum number of devices that may be logged in. Logging out of a device will free up that account to be used on another device. Attempting to login from two different locations will produce an error or lock the account. If you wish to distribute our services this way, it is best to purchase a Network site license.
